The 32nd Opération Enfant Soleil Telethon $20,174,847 for the Well-Being of Children in Quebec

Québec City, June 3, 2019 — Thanks to Quebecers’ generosity, the largest display of solidarity with sick children and their families ended this Sunday with a (record-breaking) total of $20,174,847.

Broadcast live on TVA for 15 hours, the Opération Enfant Soleil Telethon featured numerous highlights. The main hosts, Annie Brocoli and Maxime Landry, surrounded by an experienced team, presented a show of unmatched quality interspersed with moving testimonials. Many artists, such as Lara Fabian, Robby Johnson, Mario Pelchat, Ginette Reno and Nathalie Simard, put their talents to the service of the cause, which is recognized as the first choice of Quebecers in philanthropy .

Extraordinary Participation
Over 2,500 volunteers, partners, artists and technicians, who participated in the Centre de foires at the ExpoCité in Québec City and call centres, contributed to the success of this major event. Thanks to their dedication and the generosity of thousands of donors, Opération Enfant Soleil is pursuing its mission and helping children recover better by adapting hospital care to their needs.
