The 2017 Maison Enfant Soleil designed by Bonneville is waiting for you at the Salon national de l’Habitation in Montréal

10 March 2017

Montréal, March 10, 2017 – This morning, Opération Enfant Soleil officially opened the 25th Maison Enfant Soleil, a project of Les Industries Bonneville. The winner of this exclusive and unique model, named Élizabel in honour of the Enfant Soleil project ambassador, will be drawn July 20, 2017 live on Salut, Bonjour! on TVA.

Tickets are available for $10 from our provincial sales network partners, including RE/MAX, Sears Canada, Familiprix, TD, and Aubainerie, as well as on the Opération Enfant Soleil website. Tickets will also be available from all Couche-Tard locations beginning on March 30, 2017. The winner will receive a prize valued at $500 000, including a beautiful fully furnished and decorated home, as well as a grant to purchase land in the city of their choice.

This project could not have been so successful without the extraordinary support of our major partners: Les Industries Bonneville, official builder, Sears Canada, official decorator and furniture supplier, and TD, primary provider of the land purchase grant. Last year, more than 1.9 million dollars were raised through draw ticket sales and, since its first edition, 18 million dollars have been raised to improve the well-being of sick children and their families.

Élizabel Bouchard, ambassador for Maison Enfant Soleil, signée Bonneville

Élizabel suffers from Autosomal recessive spastic ataxia of Charlevoix-Saguenay. Caused by a gene defect, this illness causes the degeneration of the spinal cord. Her parents know that their daughter’s life will become more and more difficult: gradually, she will lose the use of her legs and will have more difficulty controlling the movement of her upper limbs. Nevertheless, this courageous family continues to assert that, “Our daughter is intelligent, resilient, and a fighter, and her love of life knows no bounds!”
