Little miracles don’t happen on their own

Québec, May 29, 2017 – The largest display of solidarity with sick children and their families in Québec will take place Sunday, June 4th for the 30th Opération Enfant Soleil Telethon. Airing on the TVA network from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., the Telethon specifically highlights the courage of the 19 Enfants Soleil’s from each region of Québec. Accompanied by their families, they will be at the heart of the action and emotional broadcast, live from the Enfant Soleil lounge.

The main hosts, Annie Brocoli and Maxime Landry, will be joined by a team that includes Étienne Boulay, Alain Dumas, Anick Dumontet, Camille Dg, Philippe Fehmiu, Mélanie Gagné, Louis‐Georges Girard, Josée Lavigueur, Annie‐Soleil Proteau, Étienne Drapeau, Roseline Fillion and Hugues Fournel.

At the opening of the Telethon, the children’s favourite artists will sing for their enjoyment: Annie Brocoli, Brimbelle and FouinFouin, Fredo the magician, Les Petites Tounes, Théo and many more. In the afternoon and evening, several artists will put their talents to good use for the cause, including 2Frères, Isabelle Boulay, Ludovick Bourgeois, Jean‐François Breau, Julien Clerc, Paul Daraîche, Claude Dubois, Jean‐Pierre Ferland, Marie‐Ève Janvier, Safia Nolin, Karim Ouellet, Mario Pelchat, Nathalie and René Simard, Marie‐Élaine Thibert, Vincent Vallières and Charles Kardos, winner of La Voix Junior.

The public is invited to attend the event in large numbers at the ExpoCité Centre de foires in Québec. Admission and parking are free, and a family recreation area with games and face painting will be available on site.
